Total Rip Off!

I tried to convert several files, and nothing worked. I just get an error saying “Error converting file”. I tried to access the help & suport and that page would not load either. On top of everything else, they captured my file and put in “in the cloud”. I have not given permission to take my file.

Do not waste your money on this application! Apple, I would like a refund!
