I tried to convert several files, and nothing worked. I just get an error saying “Error converting file”. I tried to access the help & suport and that page would not load either. On top of everything else, they captured my file and put in “in the cloud”. I have not given permission to take my file. Do not waste your money on this application! Apple, I would like a refund!

I tried converting ai to png or any version available. It didnt work.

Does its job, and does it well. All I could ask for is an option for batch image conversion, instead of just one-by-one conversion.
So this app actually uploads your photo to a server to do the conversion, to avoid “slowing down your computer”. Something tells me it’d be a LOT faster to just do the conversion locally than to upload, convert, and download. Plus as a previous reviewer said, it doesn’t do batch. I stupidly didn’t read the comments first, so my 360 image sequnce that needs converting ain’t gonna happen here. Plus it says it’s uploading to a “secure server” but there’s no indication if that’s true or not. Who knows who’s getting your files, then.

Just Downloaded App but Love It So Far
I’ve only tried converting .webp to .gif as of yet, but it’s been very easy to use and I’m happy with it. I feel the price for use past the 3-day free trial is also fair ($8.99/year or $19.99 for lifetime license).

Ok Not Great
Would be great to convert multiple files at once if they’re all going to become the same type. Also having more control about converted file destination would be great. Alike how about for example the default being wherever the original file was located? Put it there. But also give us setting where we can choose a different default destination. Lastly, polish the UI as it looks blurry on a 4K screen. Thanks!

I didn't know this app was only a 3 day trial. Was that disclosed ? If so, I didn't remember reading that.
Won’t Convert Acorn Files
If you want people to trust your application, don’t allow .acorn files as input for conversion, and then respond with, “Oh… sorry… we can’t actually do what we just told you we could do.”

Doesnt work - converts less than 50% of images

I have tried multiple RAW images to convert to jpg abnd all I get is a green bottom and streaky horizontal lines. Waste of $20.00!!!!

I can't believe I need to have the premium account to convert to .jpg. Smh. Instantly delete, and rated low. You're going to charge me 8.99 a month just convert a .raw to jpg? Ill just use a free website.

Wish I'd looked closer before purchasing
I was looking for a quick way to convert my RAW (.dmg) photos to jpg. This app had what looked like high ratings and good reviews, so I just jumped in. In short, it stinks. No batch conversion, and conversion requires an internet connection, as it first uploads the image to a remote server, then downloads the converted image. Ridiculous for such a simple task. Ugh! Hope this helps someone else from making my foolish mistake.

Great App for Converting
I have always used this app on my phone. Recently started using my macbook. For some reason I could not restore my lifetime purchase for this device, but I love it so much I just paid again for the macbook app. It is always easy to use, and works like a charm. Love it!

Simple, straight forward software, seems to do a good quality image conversion. Is pretty fast even on my Intel iMac Pro. Has lifetime purchase option, a bit higher than some competitors (would give five stars if it was $5.99).

Takes any white letters and wipes it. So you can only covert color letters from PSD or PNG

I really like the simplicity of the app. It could stand a few options like to choose which folder you want to save in including the same as the existing file.

Like a fool I bit on this program. Paid the lifetime fee. I think I made a big mistake. I converted a file (png) to svg and the outline converted but none of the color.
Lifetime plan is a RIPOFF
Paid the $9.99 to find out that I can convert files to SVG or JPEG with purchasing the premium plan. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!
Doesn't do animated gifs/webp
Works fine for single files, but requires you to upload to *their* server which makes no sense. And doesn't do animated images which is what i was mainly looking for. Much better basic image converters out there if that's all you need.
